1 out of every 5 deaths or 440,000 people each year, tobacco exposure is a public health concern that continues to be the foremost avoidable cause of death in US. Cardiac transplantation is especially vulnerable to the effects of long term tobacco use.     Dr. Jianping XU is targeing on the observation of the tobacco exposure effects compare to human smoking behaviour.
